1. Use of Services

  • You may browse and select services - Logo Design, Web Design, Email Design, or Print Design and add them to your enquiry basket.

  • Once submitted, your enquiry will be reviewed and a proposal and contract will be sent to you, outlining the agreed services and total cost.

  • Full payment is required via bank transfer. Account details will be provided in the contract. Work will only begin once payment has been received in full.

  • You will also be asked to supply any relevant content (e.g. text, logo files, imagery, references, or brand guidelines) required to complete the project. Clear direction at this stage helps ensure the final result matches your expectations.

  • Each service includes one round of amendments only, as stated during service selection. Additional revisions can be purchased for £30 per round.

  • Wynne Design Lite is a fixed, streamlined, affordable service. It does not include custom concept development, strategy, or multiple creative directions.

  • If you are unsure whether this service is right for your project, please contact us before submitting your enquiry.

2. Revisions & Additional Work

  • One round of amendments is included per service. This covers small changes such as edits to copy, colours, layout tweaks, or font choices.

  • If further changes are requested, an additional £30 per round is required, payable in advance.

  • Additional revisions can be pre-selected during the initial enquiry, or requested later. However, no further work will be carried out until payment is received.

  • Full redesigns, alternative concepts, or creative reinterpretations are not included in this service tier. These are only available through the premium Wynne Design service.

  • If your brief changes significantly after payment, a new quote and agreement may be required.

3. Payments & Invoicing

  • Payment is made via bank transfer only. Details will be provided in your contract once the proposal is approved.

  • No design work will begin until full payment has been received and confirmed.

  • All prices are clearly shown before payment is requested. No hidden fees will be added without your consent.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced due to the time commitment and fixed-scope nature of the service.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing all required materials in a timely manner, including logos, text content, and any specific visual references you wish to use.

  • Delays in supplying assets may impact delivery timelines. Please ensure your brief is as clear and complete as possible when submitting your enquiry.

5. Limitations of Service

  • Wynne Design Lite is an affordable, fixed-scope design solution. It is not suitable for complex branding or custom web development projects.

  • The final outcome is based strictly on the content and direction provided. This service does not include strategy, branding workshops, or concept exploration.

  • If you require a more tailored, consultative approach, please consider working with Wynne Design instead.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of this website or our services, including delays, dissatisfaction, or project issues where the terms outlined here have been met.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are made implies acceptance of the revised terms.
